Can't connect to index / login?!

If the launcher exits before you get to the login screen this will mean that the index server is down. You can bypas it and go to the login server directly. If you have an old bypass it might give you the message that login is down because it sends you to the wrong spot. If either of these happen, you can try the following steps:

1 - make a new text file in the folder where your rappelz is in using notepad

2 - paste the next liine into it

SFrame.exe /auth_ip:107.21.55.70 /locale:ASCII /country:US /cash /commercial_shop /help_url_w:620 /help_url_h:633

3 - when selecting save as click the all file types and change the extension to .bat

4 - run the .bat file
